Subsea Electronics Housing

NV Mechanics Design Ltd. designs and manufactures electronics housings, including one atmosphere pressure vessels, for subsea applications. Our vessels are used in subsea applications for ROV Trenchers and Subsea Drills. Based on our client's requests, they can be built of Aluminum 6061-T6, Titanium or Stainless Steel material.

• Fail safe sealing design (dual radial and face O-rings)

• Static Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is performed on all designed components

• Buckling FEA is performed on the tube

• Stress analysis hand calculations are performed for further confidence on the FEA results.
